: The role involves consulting, solutioning, and implementing Oracle ERP solutions with a solid focuson the Oracle Fusion Planning suite. You will map business requirements to Oracle processes,perform fit-gap analyses, and design comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs across thesupply chain domain.

What will your role look like

- Map business requirements to standard Oracle processes and perform detailed fit-gap analyses.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using the Oracle Fusion Planning suite.
- Utilize expertise across sub-modules including Supply, Demand, Sales & Operations, ProductionScheduling, Replenishment, and Backlog Management.
- Manage client interactions, provide consulting guidance, and lead implementation deliverables.

We would like you to bring along
- 8 to 15 years of overall experience, with 6+ years in consulting, solutioning,



or implementingOracle ERP applications.
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation cycles in Oracle ERP.
- Deep domain expertise in the Fusion Planning suite and sub-modules like Supply, Demand,S&OP;, Production Scheduling, Replenishment, or Backlog management.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduation degree required; prior industry domain experience and knowledge of other OracleSCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management) are a plus.
