Have relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX modules with hands-on working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.

- Design, build, configure, and test applications and enhancements to meet business process and application requirements for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
- Robust knowledge and understanding of credit rules, roll-up rules, classification rules, and customization within Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
- Working experience in configuring and testing compensation plans end-to-end.
- Exposure to all modules of FIC (Fusion Incentive Compensation) such as Compensation Plans, Participant Assignments, Credits and Earnings, Payments, Approval Workflows, etc.
- Enablement of automated reports and dashboards using OTBI and data modeling,



primarily using PL/SQL.
- Working experience in designing and developing OTBI reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
- Understanding of compensation concepts including incentives, bonuses, draws, etc.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
