Job Overview The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst (Oracle Fusion) is responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle ERP solutions. Working closely with business and technology partners, this role delivers high-quality technical solutions, supports production operations, and contributes to the continuous improvement of enterprise applications and integration capabilities

Required Qualifications:

- 4-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion application development and support.

- Experience or working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - Incentive Compensation module and cloud integration patterns

- Strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation.

- Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Applications Object Library (AOL), Oracle Concurrent Programs, Shell Scripting,



and RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

- Experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST APIs/Web Services.

- Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning, and supporting production Oracle ERP applications.

- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP data models and integration patterns.

- Ability to work directly with business analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies to improve software delivery and operational efficiency
