Required Implementation Experience: Minimum 2 full India Payroll implementations

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in India Payroll implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and hyper care support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Conduct business process workshops and advise clients on Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions and enhancements.
- Configure and support Oracle Payroll, with a preference for experience in both India and US legislation.
- Manage payroll integrations with Absence Management, General Ledger (GL), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and detailed solution designs.




- Prepare functional specification documents, test cases, and perform functional testing.
- Support train-the-trainer sessions and collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Work independently while contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant.
- Minimum 2 full India Payroll implementations completed through go-live and hypercare .
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll and Core HCM .
- Experience across all phases of implementation and production support.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to understand explicit and implicit business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with both India and US Payroll legislation.
- Knowledge of payroll costing and integrations with GL and PPM.
