We are looking for an experienced

Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, payroll processes, reporting, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain

BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and interactive dashboards

.

- Perform data migrations using

HDL (HCM Data Loader)

and

HCM Extracts

.

- Design and develop dashboards and ad-hoc analyses using Oracle Business Intelligence tools.

- Configure and support payroll flows and develop Fast Formulas.

- Analyze business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.

Essential Skills

- Hands-on experience in

Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules

(mandatory).

- Strong experience with

Payroll Flows and Quick Formulas

.

- Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, and Dashboards.

- Experience with HDL data loads and HCM Extracts.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
