Key Responsibilities:

- Support, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CE) modules.
- Manage and enhance Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including invoicing, receipts, collections, cash application, and bank reconciliations.
- Configure AR components such as:
- Customer Profiles
- Transaction Types
- Receipt Methods
- AutoCash Rules
- Lockbox
- AutoInvoice
- Support Cash Management functions, including:
- Bank Account Setup
- Bank Statement Processing
- Cash Positioning
- Automatic & Manual Reconciliations
- Work on inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- FBDI
- Web Services
- Middleware
- File-Based Interfaces
- Troubleshoot interface failures, reconciliation issues, data validation errors, and cross-system transaction discrepancies.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, banking partners, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.




- Support period-end close activities, AR-to-GL reconciliation, and financial controls.
- Perform data migration, legacy system conversions, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and provide AMS support in global Oracle Fusion environments.

Required Skills ✅ 8+ years of Oracle Financials experience.

✅ Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CE).

✅ Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

✅ Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, ADFDI, Web Services, and Middleware integrations.

✅ Strong knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and AR-to-GL reconciliation.

✅ Hands-on experience with banking integrations, lockbox processing, and bank statement management.

✅ Experience supporting Oracle GL, AP, Payments, Treasury, and external banking platforms.

✅ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and support projects.
- Exposure to global AMS environments.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
