We're looking for an Oracle Business Analyst to support our Fusion Finance environment on a part-time basis. This is hands-on support work, not a documentation project — we need someone who already knows these modules and can start contributing without a long ramp-up.

Hospital or healthcare experience is required for this role. We work in a clinical environment and the business context matters as much as the Oracle knowledge.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Act as the IT liaison between business stakeholders and the ERP system, in a pillar-focused support model
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Share knowledge and document resolutions so the team builds capability
- Support upcoming ERP enhancements and scaling initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with an Oracle ERP background
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Experience with UKG alongside Oracle Fusion Finance
- Hospital or healthcare experience — required, not preferred
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding

SCHEDULE

Part time, US Eastern hours. We need flexibility on timing — issues come up when they come up, and the volume varies week to week.
