Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.

✅ Configure and support HCM modules including:

- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Employee Self-Service (ESS)
- Payroll
- Learning
- HR Helpdesk
- Workforce Compensation
- OTL for Projects
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Management (Goals, Performance & Succession)

✅ Develop and support complex:
- Fast Formulas
- HCM Extracts
- Approval Workflows (BPM)

✅ Implement and customize Redwood UI solutions using Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service). ✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative HR solutions.

✅ Optimize employee and manager self-service experiences using Redwood best practices.





✅ Ensure SLA adherence and provide production support, including rotational shifts and weekend on-call support.

Required Skills

✔ 8-10 years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation/support experience.

✔ Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and workflows.

✔ Hands-on experience with:

- Redwood UI
- VBCS Development
- BPM Workflow Management
- Fast Formula Development
- HCM Extracts
- Approval Management

✔ Solid troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. ✔ Experience working in support and implementation environments.

Preferred

⭐ Oracle Fusion HCM Certifications.

⭐ Experience leading HCM transformation projects.

⭐ Exposure to Agile methodologies.
