: Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Product Data Hub (PDH) Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Product Data Hub, Product Information Management (PIM), and Oracle EBS R12.2.x. The candidate should have experience supporting PDH implementations, upgrades, configurations, integrations, data migration, and production support.

Experience working on an Oracle EBS R12.2.15 upgrade, including PDH-related activities, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Oracle EBS Product Data Hub (PDH) and related product master data processes.
- Support PDH implementation, configuration, customization, and upgrade activities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot product creation, item import, item validation, and product data synchronization issues.
- Develop and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, SQL scripts, and Oracle EBS interfaces.
- Work with Oracle EBS APIs, open interfaces, concurrent programs, and application tables related to item and product master data.
- Support product data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to item attributes,



item catalogs, category assignments, item structures, and product data governance.
- Support integrations between PDH and other Oracle EBS modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and related applications.
- Perform impact analysis, technical design, unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve PDH-related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and follow established development and change management standards.

Mandatory Skills

- Solid experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x technical development and support.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) or Oracle Product Information Management (PIM).
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle EBS APIs, open interfaces, concurrent programs, and data loading processes.
- Understanding of item master, item attributes, item categories, catalog groups, and product data structures.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production defect resolution.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with functional and technical teams.
