Job Responsibilitie

- Perform eye testing, vision assessment, and refraction.
- Check visual acuity and identify refractive errors.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable spectacle frames and lenses.
- Explain different lens types, coatings, and available optical products.
- Take accurate spectacle measurements, including pupillary distance (PD).
- Handle spectacle orders, lens fitting, dispensing, and adjustments.
- Provide basic contact lens guidance and patient counselling.
- Maintain customer records, prescriptions, and sales documentation.
