- Hands-on experience in passive sourcing and niche/hard-to-fill hiring
- Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environment, preferably in-house
- Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership
- Experience building diverse talent pipelines across multiple locations
- Good understanding of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment compliance
