Position Summary

Paradise is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior LS Retail / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Associate to support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of retail ERP applications. The role offers an opportunity to learn retail business processes, system configuration, functional support, and basic development concepts while working with the IT team.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist in supporting and maintaining LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications.
2. Learn and assist with system configuration, setup, and basic customization activities.
3. Support troubleshooting and resolution of application-related issues.
4. Assist in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documentation.
5. Understand business requirements and help translate them into application-related tasks.
6. Coordinate with team members to investigate and resolve technical and functional issues.
7. Prepare and maintain technical documents, user guides, and support records.
8. Develop an understanding of retail business processes,



including Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, sales, and purchasing.
9. Assist in identifying system improvements and supporting application enhancements.
10. Provide support to end users and help ensure smooth functioning of retail applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Knowledge of LS Retail and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of AL programming, C/AL, or other Business Central development concepts is an added advantage.
5. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
7. Willingness to learn new technologies and understand retail operations.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant training or certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or LS Retail will have an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers or candidates with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates interested in ERP applications, retail technology, and business process automation.
- Candidates with practical exposure to LS Retail or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be preferred.
