Description
– Bottle Washer Operator
- Key Responsibilities
- Operate the bottle washer machine as per SOP, work instructions, and production plan.
- Ensure proper washing, rinsing, and sanitization of bottles before filling.
- Monitor critical parameters such as:
o Caustic concentration o Washing temperature o Water pressure o Conveyor speed o Bottle soaking time o Rinsing efficiency
- Check and maintain the required caustic solution concentration and temperature.
- Conduct regular inspection of washed bottles for:
o Dirt and foreign particles o Residual chemicals o Labels/glue o Broken or chipped bottles o Improper washing
