Key Responsibilities

- Process Operation: Operate and monitor chemical reactors, distillation units, pumps, valves, and flow equipment based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Material Handling: Assist in charging raw materials, filtration, drying, blending, and product transfer.

- Parameter Monitoring: Track and record temperature, pressure, flow rates, and pH levels during batches.

- Quality &
- Sampling:

Collect periodic in-process samples and perform basic quality or laboratory testing as required.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adhere to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols, and handle hazardous chemicals safely.

- Housekeeping &

- Maintenance:

Maintain logbooks and production records,



clean equipment, and report leaks or mechanical faults immediately. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Qualification &

- Requirements

- Education: ITI Certificate in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) or Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) - LACP under the DGT curriculum.

- Work Mode: Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).

- Skills: Basic knowledge of chemical reactions, equipment troubleshooting, and physical fitness for industrial environments.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
