We are looking for an ownership-driven, analytical and action-oriented qualified to lead day-to-day processing, warehousing and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inward, processing, inventory, packaging, storage and dispatch operations.
- Plan manpower, schedules, machinery utilisation and workflow efficiency.
- Strengthen operational systems, improve processes and minimise avoidable losses.
- Drive coordination, accountability and timely execution across teams.

Who Should Apply?

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, processing, warehousing, inventory or supply chain management. Experience outside the seed or agriculture industry is also welcome if the candidate has managed comparable operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical understanding of systems and process improvement.




- A proactive leader who takes ownership, identifies gaps, introduces better ways of working and ensures execution—not just planning.
- Agriculture-related qualifications or an MBA in Agri-Business/Operations Management are preferred.
