Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily soft-services operations and service delivery.

- Supervise staff deployment, attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and common-area standards.

- Conduct inspections and ensure SOP and checklist compliance.

- Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and internal teams.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports, monthly KPIs, and performance updates.

- Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-7 years of experience in mall operations, commercial property operations, or soft services.

- Robust team management and vendor coordination skills.
