Factory Operations Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily factory operations across 2–3 departments, with a major focus on the packing department.
- Supervise packing staff and ensure orders are packed correctly and on time.
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transportation.
- Monitor packing quality, material usage and packing costs.
- Plan manpower and allocate daily work to meet dispatch targets.
- Coordinate with production, quality and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely packing and dispatch.
- Maintain discipline, productivity and safety standards in the factory.
- Prepare daily reports on packing, production and pending orders.
