Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day security operations for assigned sites, ensuring staffing levels, duty rosters, and deployment plans meet client requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising security teams, monitoring performance, and addressing operational issues promptly to maintain a high level of service. The role involves coordinating with clients, handling incident reports, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

The Operations

Qualifications
