Operations Manager – Greg’s Cafe, Chembur (Deonar)

What you’ll do

- Take charge of inventory, vendors, purchasing and wastage, from ordering to payment.

- Set up and run Petpooja (our POS) for stock, recipes, reports and user access.

- Find where we’re losing money and fix it: billing, portions, stock, vendor rates, delivery payouts.

- Keep records, filing and daily reports accurate and up to date.

- Enforce team discipline, rosters and standards, and coordinate daily with the head chef.

- Report directly to the founder.

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years in operations, admin or team management (F&B; experience is a plus, not required).

- Strong with numbers and Excel; comfortable checking bills, stock and reports.

- Firm, fair and consistent with people; able to hold a team to rules.

- Honest and detail-oriented, with no shortcuts.

- Available 6 days a week, including weekends and one late close a week.

Offer

- 60-day probation.

- Location: Deonar, Chembur, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
