Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end business performance and operational activities across assigned horticulture, Nursery maintenance sites for B2B and B2C clients.

- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual operational strategies to ensure seamless service delivery and cost optimization.

- Manage end-to-end horticulture operations, including manpower planning, Nursery maintenance, material procurement, irrigation.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and site supervisors to ensure timely execution of work, plant replacements, and maintenance activities.

- Work closely with internal teams (HR, procurement, finance, and operations) for smooth execution of site activities.

- Monitor and optimize plant health, manpower utilization, maintenance quality, material consumption, and operational costs.

- Ensure proper planning for plant replacement, seasonal plantation, irrigation, fertilization, and pest and disease management.

- Track and analyze key metrics, including site performance, plant mortality, manpower productivity, maintenance costs, and client satisfaction.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

- Manage and improve horticulture and Nursery operations, including indoor plants, outdoor gardens, green walls.

- Plan and execute seasonal plantation, bulk plant replacement, and large-scale landscaping activities.

- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, quality standards, safety guidelines, and client requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors,



suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations and long-term business relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 + years of experience in horticulture, operations management, Team handling , Procurement planning, Nursery Management

- Educational qualification in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest and disease management.

- Experience in managing multiple sites, manpower, site supervisors, gardeners, and horticulture teams.

- Good understanding of plant replacement, seasonal plantation, and green wall maintenance.

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for operational reporting, manpower tracking, and cost analysis.

- Good understanding of site operations, material management, maintenance planning, Nursery Logistics and client coordination.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites and operational activities.

- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

- Must be flexible with work requirements and timelines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing Nursery Logistics, Procurement Planning for replacements, Nursery management, handling team

- Experience in client relationship management, and service delivery.

- Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture equipment, plant nurseries, and Procurement

- Basic understanding of operational budgeting, cost control, quality audits, and team management.
