Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Operations Head to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate directly with the Director. The candidate should be capable of understanding instructions, planning tasks, following up with concerned team members, and ensuring that assigned work is completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate directly with the Director to understand daily tasks, priorities, and business requirements.
- Execute instructions and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with employees, departments, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor daily work progress and follow up with team members to ensure accountability.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage daily operational data.
- Handle emails, documentation, Excel sheets, and other computer-based tasks independently.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned people for quick resolution.
- Provide regular updates to the Director regarding work progress,



pending tasks, and completed activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and proper coordination across activities.

Required Skills

- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, email, and report preparation.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand instructions from senior management and convert them into actionable tasks.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Professional attitude with strong time management skills.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates with experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or executive assistance.
- Must be comfortable working directly with the Director.
- Should be able to handle both computer-based work and operational coordination.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
