Hiring: Operations & Facility Manager

Location: 817, 7th Cross, 12th Main Road, Near ITI Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560068

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week | Sunday fixed off

Duty Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

Alhalal is looking for a proactive, technically capable and execution-oriented Operations & Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at our meat processing and distribution facility.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Meat Technology, Meat Processing, Food Technology, Food Science or a related field, with the ability to improve production efficiency, meat yield, product quality and shelf life.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily facility operations and coordinate butchers, assistant butchers and other staff.
- Support production activities to improve processing speed and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Identify and implement improvements in meat yield, shelf life, quality and production efficiency.
- Manage inventory, production records, wastage tracking and basic operational accounts.
- Coordinate customer orders, client follow-ups, dispatches and email communications.
- Maintain certifications, compliance documents, operational records and SOPs.
- Oversee hygiene,



sanitation, cold-chain management and facility maintenance.
- Handle general administration, reporting and coordination with management.

Candidate Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Meat Technology, Meat Processing, Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline; relevant practical experience will also be considered.
- Experience in meat processing, food production, quality control or facility operations is preferred.
- Understanding of meat preservation, shelf-life improvement, yield optimization and food safety.
- Basic computer skills, including email, Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication and team-coordination skills.
- Highly punctual, efficient, proactive and accountable, with a robust get-things-done mentality.
