Operations Executive | VFPL Capital | East Patel Nagar, Recent Delhi
Open to: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Location: Candidates based in Delhi only
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain loan sheets in Excel with accurate case data
- Collect and assess customer documents for completeness and authenticity
- Conduct first-level risk analysis on eligibility, income and credit details
- Log in to lender and bank portals to upload cases and track status
- Process loan applications through to disbursement
- Coordinate with sales team, customers and lenders to close pending items
- Maintain clean case records and share daily status updates
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (freshers welcome)
- Currently based in Delhi
- 0 to 1 year of experience in loan processing, banking or NBFC operations preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
- Good understanding of KYC and income documents is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication in Hindi and English
