Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Operations Executives. The role involves supporting daily operations, assisting customers, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth service delivery. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their skills in operations, customer service, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day carpooling operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, customer interactions, and daily operational activities.
- Monitor ride-related issues and help ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Prepare daily reports and update operational data using MS Excel and other tools.




- Support the operations team in improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Any bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills
- Interest in operations, customer service, logistics, or transportation.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and online platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
