As an Operations Executive at Invigilate®, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of assessment operations. You’ll be at the heart of our delivery process—coordinating batches, managing data, and ensuring every assessment meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

What You’ll Do

- Drive day-to-day assessment operations with precision and efficiency
- Monitor and manage assessment batches end-to-end
- Collect and organize key data including batch photographs, assessment evidence, and essential documentation
- Ensure accurate reporting and timely submission of assessment reports
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless assessment experiences

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills




- Sharp analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Hands-on experience in operations or management in Education sector is preferred.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the assessment or testing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree/Post graduation in Business Administration or a related field
