About the Role

Humancare Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across our diverse healthcare service lines.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in medical assistance, international patient coordination, and medical repatriation, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate air, ground, and train ambulance services, including international patient repatriation.
- Manage home healthcare services, doctor-on-call operations, and teleconsultation coordination.
- Coordinate domestic and international Human Mortal Remains (HMR) transfers, including documentation and clearances.
- Manage medical room occupancy, equipment readiness, and inventory.
- Ensure SOP compliance, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.




- Coordinate with hospitals, airlines, ambulance providers, corporate clients, and international service partners.
- Follow up on incoming enquiries and potential cases, coordinate with hospitals, clients, and service providers, and drive the conversion of enquiries into confirmed cases.
- Maintain and update CRM records, track cases and service requests, monitor follow-ups, and ensure accurate documentation of client and patient interactions.
- Monitor case status, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution of queries through the CRM system.

? Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in medical operations or medical assistance.
- Strong understanding of medical repatriation and international case management.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
