House of Aksur is a premium multi-designer store curating contemporary occasion wear and accessories across menswear and womenswear categories.

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, coordinate with designers, handle Shopify orders, and ensure smooth communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Designer Order Sheets – Maintain and update designer order sheets, payment details, and delivery timelines.
- Designer Coordination – Coordinate with designers regarding orders, availability, dispatches, and deliveries.
- WhatsApp Community Management – Share community messages, conduct outreach, add recent members, and manage engagement.
- Appointment Calls – Handle customer calls, schedule store visits, and coordinate appointments.
- Instagram & WhatsApp Queries – Respond to customer enquiries, share product details,



and manage follow-ups.
- Store Visual Merchandising – Maintain attractive store displays and ensure proper product presentation.
- Designer Racking – Organize designer collections and maintain proper outfit arrangements.
- Daily Store Operations – Support daily activities and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and order management.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience handling Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
- Good coordination and customer service skills.
- Understanding of retail store operations and visual merchandising.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a multi-designer store is preferred.
