Key Responsibilities

- Manage compliance activities for real estate projects registered under MahaRERA.
- Draft and submit correction applications, project updates, extensions, and other regulatory filings.
- Review and analyse layouts, agreements, statutory records, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, chartered accountants, advocates, and internal teams for data collection and document verification.
- Monitor project milestones, compliance timelines, and regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain compliance trackers, project records, and document repositories.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and follow up on application status and approvals.
- Support resolution of compliance-related queries and documentation requirements raised by MahaRERA.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and assist in implementing compliance changes.
