Snooplay is a 60-minute delivery app for everything babies and kids need, including toys, games, baby care, clothing, sports equipment and baby gear. We work with 600+ brands to bring a wide range of products to families across Delhi NCR.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate – Cataloguing to manage product listings on our platform. The role involves creating product listings on the backend, organising product information, optimising images and using GPT and AI tools to create product visuals and listing creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Listing: Create and publish product listings on the backend, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Product Content: Add product titles, tags, descriptions, specifications, features, pricing, SKUs, categories and other relevant attributes.
- AI-Powered Image Creation: Use GPT and other AI tools to create, edit and enhance product images and listing creatives.
- Image Optimisation: Resize, crop and format product images as required for the platform.
- Catalogue Quality Checks: Identify and correct errors, missing information, duplicate listings and incorrect product images.
- Category Mapping: Ensure products are assigned to the right categories, subcategories and relevant product attributes.
- Catalogue Updates:



Maintain existing listings and update product information, images and specifications whenever required.
- Backlog Management: Help clear catalogue backlogs and meet daily listing targets while maintaining accuracy.
- Coordination: Work with category and operations teams to collect missing product details and resolve listing-related issues.

What We’re Looking For:

- A fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, GPT-based tools and other AI tools for everyday work.
- Willingness to learn AI-powered image creation and editing workflows.
- Valuable attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of product data.
- A proactive, organised and execution-oriented approach.
