About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for making sure our live learning programs run smoothly from planning to delivery.
You will work closely with instructors and learners to plan cohorts, coordinate schedules, set up programs and resolve issues to make sure every cohort runs smoothly.
This is a 3-month paid internship with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of ₹4.2 LPA based on your performance during the internship.
What You'll Do
- Onboard industry experts as instructors
- Coordinate with instructors on class schedules, course materials and session requirements
- Plan upcoming cohorts, including dates, time slots and batch sizes
- Set up and launch cohorts on the EdYoda learning platform
- Respond to learner queries over email and make sure issues are resolved on time
- Keep track of schedules, tasks and other operational details to make sure programs run smoothly
- Look for ways to improve existing processes and make day-to-day operations more efficient
What We're Looking For
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Someone who takes responsibility for their work and follows things through
- A process improvement mindset
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel
- Final-year student, recent graduate, or someone looking to restart their career
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
