Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Success Executive to manage post-sales activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, proper system setup, user training, and effective adoption of our facility management platform. The role involves working closely with clients, coordinating data and configurations, conducting onsite visits, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate, validate, and organise client data before system setup.
- Configure the platform based on client requirements and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with clients to collect information, clarify requirements, and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct onsite and online training for client teams and end users.
- Assist clients with day-to-day queries and coordinate issue resolution with the internal team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure consistent platform usage.
- Maintain implementation records, client feedback, and periodic progress reports.
- Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to regular usage and ongoing support.

Required Skills
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.




- Solid communication and client coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a practical, service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for training and coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in client coordination, operations, customer success, or facility management.
- Experience working with facility management teams or enterprise software is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can work closely with clients, understand their operational needs, organise data, coordinate system setup, train users, and ensure the solution is used effectively after deployment. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
