We are seeking a sharp, highly organized Operations Controller & Executive Assistant to oversee our daily seafood processing operations and cold storage inventory. In this role, you will act as the Managing Director’s (MD) trusted liaison—auditing floor operations, tracking and cross checking perishable stock, and delivering daily critical updates to the executive office.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Cold Storage Stock Control (70%)

- Production Oversight: Oversee daily factory floor operations, ensuring processing, grading, and packing targets align with export orders.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Track and audit daily incoming raw catch, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished frozen seafood stock in cold storage.
- Export Logistics Tracking: Monitor container loading, shipment schedules, and trace stock batches to prevent shelf-life or quality issues.
- Daily MD Reporting: Compile and present the daily "Stock & Operations Dashboard" directly to the MD, highlighting yields, variances, and shipment readiness.





Secretarial & Executive Support (30%)

- MD Liaison: Filter and manage communications between the MD, factory managers, procurement teams, and quality control (QC).
- Calendar & Correspondence: Manage the MD’s daily schedule, export client meetings, and official documentation.
- Action-Item Follow-up: Track and enforce the MD’s directives to factory department heads to ensure timely order completion.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years in the seafood export or frozen food/perishable goods industry in an operations, MIS, or inventory management role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Attributes: High integrity, ability to work in fast-paced factory environments, and robust analytical skills to catch inventory discrepancies instantly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
