Job Overview

Regrob Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations, coordinate with franchise partners, and ensure effective execution of business processes. The candidate will support franchise development, strengthen partner relationships, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and maintain relationships with franchise partners.
- Provide operational guidance and support to franchise partners to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing business plans and operational strategies for franchise growth.
- Monitor franchise performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures,



and business standards.
- Maintain operational reports, documentation, and partner records.
- Coordinate resource and inventory requirements, wherever applicable, to support business continuity.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders.
- A proactive approach toward operational efficiency and business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Operations or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Experience in operations, franchise management, business coordination, or partner relationship management is preferred.
- Candidates franchise-based business experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
