Job Title: Customer Support Associate Insurance Voice Process

Job Summary

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to insurance policies.
- Assist customers with policy details, premium payments, renewals, claims, and policy status.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance products.
- Explain policy terms, perks, coverage, and exclusions.
- Follow up on pending claims, renewals, and customer requests.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone.
- Provide information about life, health, motor, or general insurance.
- Help customers understand premiums, policy coverage, and claim procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet quality, customer satisfaction,



and productivity targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Skills Required

- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, active listening, and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Only Graduates !!
- Experience: Min 4years exp in international banking voice or Insurance voice
- Work type: Voice-based customer support.
- Salary: Upto 10Lpa Based on Last Ctc 20 to 25% Hike + Veriable
