Job Summary:

NIBE is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join its Automobile Division, focused on advanced propulsion technologies and next-generation commercial vehicles.

We are hiring for four distinct positions across Business Development, Vehicle Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Industrial & Automotive Design. Candidates with relevant expertise in any one of these functions are encouraged to apply for the position best suited to their qualifications and experience.

Open Positions:

1. Business Development Executive

- Experience: 3-5 years
- Identify business opportunities, develop customer relationships, generate leads, prepare proposals, and support sales growth.
- Conduct market research, customer mapping, tender coordination, and commercial negotiations.

2. Automotive Project Manager Vehicle Programmes

- Experience: 10+ years
- Manage end-to-end vehicle development programmes, prototype builds, testing, validation, homologation, budgets,



and project timelines.
- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and technology partners.

3. Operations Manager Vehicle Manufacturing

- Experience: 7–10 years
- Manage manufacturing operations, plant readiness, production planning, assembly, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization, lean manufacturing, resource planning, and production ramp-up.

4. Industrial & Automotive Designer

- Experience: 3–8 years
- Develop vehicle exterior/interior concepts, 3D models, renderings, visualizations, and design presentations.
- Support product styling, CMF, HMI, and automotive marketing/design communication.

Candidate Profile:

- Relevant experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, EV, hydrogen mobility, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
- Robust technical, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Relevant educational qualifications and functional expertise for the position applied for.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
