We are looking for an energetic Onsite Event Coordinator to handle the on-ground execution of Krishi Mahotsav and other large-scale events. You will be the person on the field — setting up stalls, welcoming dignitaries, managing vendors and volunteers, and making sure everything runs on time. If you enjoy rapid-paced, hands-on work and can keep a cool head on a busy ground, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and manage guests, dignitaries and VIPs at the venue, including travel, accommodation and security arrangements

- Execute stage protocol — felicitation, speeches and minute-to-minute timing

- Plan and implement the stall layout, space allotment and exhibitor facilities (electricity, water, furniture)

- Install banners, flex boards, direction boards and entrance branding

- Coordinate with mandap, sound and light, catering, sanitation and PR committees on the ground

- Conduct dry runs of sound systems, screens, generators and other technical setups





- Allocate duties to volunteers and sevekaris and guide them through the event

- Manage parking, entry/exit points, crowd control, drinking water, seating and first aid

- Handle on-site issues quickly and report daily to the central committee

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Event Management, Public Relations, Mass Communication or a related field

- 1–3 years of on-field experience managing large gatherings, corporate exhibitions or social/religious events

- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English

- Strong leadership, vendor management and organising skills

- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours during events

- Humility, a service-oriented attitude and full adherence to the discipline of the Seva Marg

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
