Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Online Merchandiser to manage online orders, inventory, product availability, customer selections, and merchandising reports. The role will ensure smooth order processing and accurate inventory availability across online channels while supporting a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate online order processing from order receipt through fulfillment.
- Monitor online inventory and ensure product availability across e-commerce channels.
- Maintain accurate online product and inventory information.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, merchandising, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor customer selections/orders and ensure product availability accordingly.
- Identify out-of-stock, low-stock, and excess inventory situations and take appropriate action.
- Prepare regular online merchandising, inventory, and order reports.
- Analyze online sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support product assortment and availability decisions for online channels.




- Ensure accurate product information, SKU details, pricing, and availability on online platforms.
- Track order issues, cancellations, and customer requirements and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Support continuous improvement of the online shopping and order fulfillment process.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, online merchandising, order management, or inventory management.
- Valuable understanding of e-commerce operations and order processing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with an understanding of online shopping behavior.
