Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in HYLAND ONBASE to lead and manage projects effectively. Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects focused on HYLAND ONBASE implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing any issues that arise.




- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members in project management processes and HYLAND ONBASE usage.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in HYLAND ONBASE, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Insurance domain
