- Emission Testing Engineer.
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in engine emissions testing.
- Daily Emission testing completion as per target.
- Hands on in engine set-up (Engine coupling and decoupling).
- Expert in the AVL Emission Test Bed Operation (AVL PUMA-2 Software)
- Experienced in Horiba Stars & Iasys Orbit-E Test Operation software.
- Details knowledge about emission test cycles.
- To Operate and maintain emission testing equipment's (Dyno, Emission Analyzer, SPC, Smoke meter, FTIR, MSS, Blowby, Meter, CCU,FCU).

Skills

- Proficiency in engine emission test bench operation and emission testing procedures.2) Knowledge of emission measurement, data acquisition, validation, analysis and reporting.3)



Hands-on experience with emission testing software and tools such as AVL Puma-2,Horiba Stars and Iasys Orbit-E.4) Valuable understanding of steady state and transient emission test cycles ( 5 Mode,8 Mode, NTE,NRTC,RMC).5) Working knowledge of NABL accreditation requirements as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards for testing laboratories.6) Strong root cause analysis & trouble shooting skills related to test-bench instrumentation and emission testing issues.7) Good technical documentation, communication and coordination skills.
