Key Responsibilities

- Procurement & Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, components, and other requirements.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms.

Develop cost-saving initiatives and alternative sourcing strategies.

- Inventory & Warehouse Management:

Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and loss.

Oversee the warehousing operations, ensuring proper storage and material handling.

Coordinate with production planning teams for raw material availability.

- Logistics & Transportation:

Plan and execute inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.

Optimize transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.





Manage relationships with logistics providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or losses.

- Demand & Supply Planning:

Forecast demand and plan supply chain operations accordingly.

Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.

Use data analytics and ERP systems for demand planning and decision-making.

- Process Improvement & Compliance:

Identify bottlenecks and implement lean supply chain strategies for efficiency.

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance regulations.

Drive automation and digitalization in supply chain processes.

Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, supplier performance, and logistics costs.
