Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist employees with routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
- Deliver and collect documents, letters, and parcels as required.
- Assist staff with general administrative and office-related work.
- Purchase and arrange office supplies when required.




- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean and ready for use.
- Handle other duties assigned by the management.
- Have to drive car sometimes

Requirements

- Minimum 10th or 12th standard preferred.
- Previous office boy/helper experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of handling office equipment such as printers and photocopiers is preferred.
- Knows driving car

Pay: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
