Euclidz Technologies is looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional consulting skills, hands-on Odoo development experience, and mandatory knowledge of the Odoo Accounting module.

The successful candidate will work on ERP implementation, business process analysis, Odoo customization, and client projects. With offices in Kochi and Dubai, this role also offers an opportunity to work in Dubai and gain international project exposure, depending on business requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.
- Configure and implement Odoo functional modules based on client requirements.
- Manage Odoo Accounting configuration, including chart of accounts, journals, taxes, invoices, payments, bank reconciliation, and financial reports.
- Understand accounting principles and translate financial requirements into Odoo workflows.
- Perform business process analysis and gap analysis.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo framework.
- Work with PostgreSQL, XML views, QWeb reports, and REST APIs.
- Develop integrations with external applications and systems.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate technical developments.
- Conduct testing, UAT, user training, and go-live support.




- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide client support.
- Support ERP implementation projects for clients in India and the UAE.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
- Solid practical knowledge of the Odoo Accounting module is mandatory.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
- Experience with invoices, payments, taxes, journals, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Python and Odoo framework development.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle both functional consulting and technical development responsibilities.
- Willingness to work on client projects in India and the UAE, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and/or Indian GST.
- Experience with multi-company accounting and intercompany transactions.
- Knowledge of Git, Linux, and Odoo deployment.
- Experience integrating Odoo with third-party applications.

Work Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala, India Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
