Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, focused on off-page SEO activities to build and strengthen PilotsPathway’s online presence.

The Off

Page SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing link-building strategies, managing outreach campaigns to relevant websites and publishers, and identifying partnership opportunities that enhance domain authority and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include researching and analyzing backlink profiles, monitoring SEO performance metrics, optimizing content for off-page factors, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and acquired links.



The role also involves collaborating with content and marketing teams to align off-page SEO initiatives with overall digital marketing and brand goals, and staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to manage outreach, follow-ups, and professional interactions.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to organize outreach lists, maintain records, and handle documentation accurately.
- Candidates should possess the ability to operate Office Equipment and use productivity tools efficiently to support daily SEO and reporting tasks.
- Relevant experience in off-page SEO, link building, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in education or training sectors.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and basic understanding of on-page SEO principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret SEO metrics and performance reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is beneficial; relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are an advantage.
