Role Description This is a part time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in a pediatric clinic in Kompally, Hyderabad.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess clients’ functional abilities, develop individualized intervention plans, and deliver therapy sessions to support independence in daily activities such as self-care, school participation, and play. The role involves working with children, documenting progress, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to set and review goals.

The Occupational

Therapist will also educate caregivers on home-based activities, participate in case discussions, and contribute to awareness or training programs conducted by the trust.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution, with appropriate professional registration.




- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
- Candidates should possess expertise in working with children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, and other special needs.
- Ability to maintain detailed clinical documentation, manage caseloads responsibly, and adhere to ethical and safety standards in client care.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain therapy plans clearly and work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in clinical, school, or community-based settings is beneficial; sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and a commitment to inclusive, person-centered practice are highly valued.
