Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Manager to oversee nursing operations, manage nursing staff, maintain patient care standards, and ensure smooth functioning of the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the nursing department.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate nursing staff, including staff nurses and head nurses.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, hygiene, and infection control.
- Prepare nursing duty rosters and manage staff allocation according to hospital requirements.
- Monitor nursing performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and applicable healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Monitor nursing documentation, patient records, and clinical procedures.
- Identify staff training needs and organize training to improve nursing skills.




- Handle patient or attendant concerns related to nursing services and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure proper use and availability of nursing equipment, supplies, and medical consumables.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification; preference may be given to candidates with relevant additional qualifications.
- 3–5 years of experience in nursing, preferably with supervisory or nursing administration responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of patient care standards, infection control, and hospital nursing protocols.
- Ability to manage staff, coordinate with multiple departments, and handle operational challenges.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4 LPA), depending on experience and suitability.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
