We are looking for a result-oriented Ocean Freight Import Sales Executive with experience in freight forwarding, import logistics, and customer acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and achieving sales targets for ocean freight import services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business for ocean freight import (FCL/LCL) services.

- Identify and acquire new customers, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate freight rates with customers.

- Coordinate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into business.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain a solid sales pipeline and update customer activities in the CRM.

- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.





- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts to improve customer retention.

Required Skills

- Experience in ocean freight import sales and freight forwarding.

- Good knowledge of FCL, LCL, import documentation, and shipping processes.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

- Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new customers.

- Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain operations.

- Target-oriented approach with strong business development skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualifications preferred.

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding sales.

- Existing customer network and industry contacts will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with proven experience in ocean freight import sales and a track record of achieving sales targets.
