Key Responsibilities

- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during skin, hair, and cosmetic procedures.

- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and consumables before procedures.

- Assist with procedures such as PRP for hair and skin, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, and other aesthetic treatments, as permitted by training and applicable regulations.

- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and instructions as directed by the doctor.

- Monitor patients during and after procedures and promptly report any adverse reactions.

- Maintain proper sterilization, disinfection, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal practices.

- Handle clinical equipment and maintain treatment rooms in a clean and organized condition.

- Maintain patient records, consent forms, treatment notes, and stock registers.

- Educate patients on prescribed aftercare, medication instructions, and follow-up appointments.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.

- Coordinate with reception and other clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow.





- Check expiry dates, maintain inventory, and report shortages of medicines and consumables.

- Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- GNM qualification from a recognized nursing institution.

- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Registration Council.

- Basic knowledge of infection control, sterilization, patient care, and emergency response.

- Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.

- Willingness to learn skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatment protocols.

- Ability to work in a team and maintain professional standards.

- Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or an aesthetic clinic will be an advantage.
