Core Responsibilities

Medical Care and Treatment: Provide first aid, treat minor injuries like cuts or burns, manage sudden illnesses, and respond to workplace medical emergencies.

- Hazard Identification: Observe daily work operations in factories, construction sites, or offices to spot safety risks and recommend corrective changes.
- Health and Safety Education: Lead CPR, first aid, and safety training sessions for staff.

Compliance and Recordkeeping: Write accident reports, track workers' compensation claims, and keep medical files up to date

- Wellness Programs: Organize health screenings and programs that promote long-term employee well-being
