Job Type: Part-Time / Full Time

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct clinical education and competency training for nurses and medical coders.
- Train teams on anatomy, physiology, clinical judgment, and patient care.
- Provide guidance on care planning, medical necessity, OASIS, and clinical documentation.
- Deliver training on Home Health/Hospice guidelines and Medicare requirements.
- Conduct case discussions and evaluate clinical knowledge and competency.
- Support improvements in coding accuracy and documentation quality.

What We're Looking For

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong academic nursing background.
- Current or former Professor, Associate Professor,



or Senior Faculty at a nursing institute.
- Strong teaching skills and clinical judgment expertise.
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare requirements, and clinical documentation.
- Availability to visit our office twice a month for training sessions.
