Role Description The NPI Sr Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for leading Recent Product Introduction programs from concept through ramp-up to stable volume manufacturing. This role oversees cross-functional coordination among engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and R&D; to ensure new products are industrialized efficiently, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning NPI project timelines, defining manufacturing requirements,



guiding DFM/DFT activities, and driving pilot builds and process validation.

The NPI Sr Manager monitors risks, implements mitigation plans, and maintains clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers regarding project status and technical issues. The role also focuses on continuous improvement of NPI processes, documentation, and standards to support scalable, repeatable product launches.

Qualifications

- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex NPI initiatives, drive schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, including supplier selection, material readiness, and cost optimization for new product launches.
- Background in Manufacturing Engineering with expertise in process design, line setup, DFM/DFT, and scalability from prototype to volume production.
- Exposure to Research and Development (R&D;), including collaboration on design reviews, prototype builds, and translation of customer specifications into manufacturable solutions.
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS/PCBA/box build) and familiarity with automotive, medical, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485) and strong focus on process quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills,
